review // GEO Princess Mimi Sesame Grey *

Hello everyone! Today's circle lens review is sponsored by one of my favorite local online shops, Dull to Doll. I don't know if any of you still remember, but a few months back I reviewed Café Mimi Waffle Grey, which turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences ever. Because I was determined to search for the perfect grey lenses, I tried looking around and eventually gave in to the Princess Mimi version of grey lenses. And you know, I'm really glad I did :)

The lenses in the lens case, up close. The outer ring is the trademark of Princess Mimi lenses.

Indoors + natural light through the window.

When worn, with flash. (And falsies!)

Color & Design: ★★★★☆
I love the color and design on these, but I still feel like I'm wearing blue lenses because of the way it blends into my dark brown eyes. The design is the same in almost all Princess Mimi lenses, I think, with the yellow-y ring around the center. It's very barely visible though, unless you look at the lenses up close. The only thing I don't quite like about these is that the center is quite opaque still, unlike EOS Candy lenses which are translucent at the center so they blend more naturally into the eye.

Enlargement: ★★★★★
Very enlarging at 15mm! I can pull these off since I still have a lot of white space in my eye when I wear them, but if you have smaller eyes, these might not be for you. It may appear a bit alien-ish on people with small eyes. They also look quite weird on me without any eye makeup on, I noticed. But that isn't a problem since I only wear these when I go out.

Comfort: ★★★★★
Super comfortable! GEO Medical makes the most comfortable lenses around. I can wear these almost the whole day with no problems.

Overall: ★★★★★
Giving it a 5/5! Though I still am not 100% a fan of the whole look of Princess Mimi lenses, these are my favorite lenses to date! I wear these almost all the time whenever I go out. (For normal days, I wear Café Mimi Cappuccino Browns.) For a more natural, mori-inspired look with these lenses, stick to warm neutral colors and use brown eyeliner and mascara instead of black for a softer look (like I did in the 3rd and 4th photo), then orangey-pink blush and a coral lippie for a cute summer look.

A few reminders:
☆ You are best advised to consult your eye doctor before wearing any lenses. It is your responsibility to minimize the risk of wearing lenses. Kindly please read the wear & care guide carefully to ensure proper handling of lenses. The rule of thumb for eye safety is, if you experience any discomfort, remove the lens immediately.
☆ Though the lenses in this review were sponsored by Dull to Doll, everything written here is 100% my honest opinion.
☆ All photos used in this review belong to me. Please do not take them without my permission!!

I feel so bad for not being able to review the items I'm being sent by all my lovely sponsors on time.. it's a bit of a problem since I very rarely go out so I can't take proper photos. But I'm trying my best! ;; Up next for review are: Eyelash #114 from BornPrettyStore + EOS Candy Grey lenses from Shoppingholics
